Mondays Makeup of the Day

Happy Monday Beauties ...........


Today my makeup consists of a mix of drugstore and high end. I do not have a preference when it comes to most makeup products because the drugstore brands have really stepped up their game and I feel some of their products are actually better than any high end brand. 

Wet n Wild Photofocus Foundation. I love this foundation so much and it is so inexpensive. It is a medium coverage on me that looks great all day long and it gives a flawless finish that looks amazing in pictures and videos.

Marc Jacobs Coconut Gel Highlighter in "Dew Drops". This highlight is absolute magic. You can mix it with your foundation, You can wear it alone as your highlight. You can layer under a powder highlight. And you can use it to highlight your body. I use it every day to highlight my shoulders and straight up the center of each leg. It just gives a beautiful dewy glow that looks  ubtle yet glowy. I LOVE THIS HIGHLIGHTER ! !

Nars Sun Wash Diffusing Bronzer in "Laguna". This is more of a translucent bronzer that gives you a wash of color. But it has a beautiful finish. 
When I first got it, I had trouble getting the color to pick up on my brush and thought I had received a bad product. But I scraped off the top layer and now I have no problem.

Tarte"s Tarteist Clay Blush Palette. All I can say is that Tarte has the best blushes ever. This palette is great for day or night. They are very pigmented and blendable. It is a Limited Edition palette that is still available at Sephora.

Dose of Colors Eyeshadow Palette in "Baked Browns". This is a warm toned palette with 5 rich, pigmented,matte brown shades. They are so easy to blend and work with. You can create some stunning looks with these shadows.

Shiseido Full Lash Volume Mascara. This is a sample mascara that I got free in a Shiseido order that I recently purchased. Today was the first time wearing it so I do not have much of an opinion yet. It looked good when applied and I need all the volume I can get on my lashes.
