My NYX Lip Collection

I have always been scared of lip color and as I decided to venture into buying some lip products, I have turned myself into a lip junkie. Check out the video below of just my Nyx collection.

Maybelline Foundations Review

I have been on a quest for my holy grail foundation for quite some time and I recently picked up a couple of Maybelline foundations to try out. I have been using them for a few weeks and I don't know if they are my holy grail, but I definately like them alot.

First off I bought the "FIT me" foundation in the shade 220. I always have a hard time picking out my shade and this had me confused since there are 18 shades. But I finally chose the 220 and I really like the way it feels when I wear it, it covers nicely and gives a nice glow. It will last me about 8 hrs before needing to be touched up. 

Then I bought the "Dream Wonder" foundation. I believe it has 12 shades to choose from. It definately reminds me of my Physicians Formula Spotless Foundation. They are both oil based with a runny consistency and the PF has a dropper to dispense the foundation and the Maybelline has a weird wand that you dip into the foundation and drop on your finger (not a fan of it at all). I like the PF dropper idea better. The Dream Wonder blends in for a light to medium coverage, it evens out the texture of my skin and will last about 7-8 hrs before it starts breaking down. I do like it also.

Maybelline "the Nudes" Eye Shadow Palette

I stumbled upon this palette by accident one day in WalMart. It was the only one they had and it was laying on a shelf with no price. I did not know that this palette even existed, but I knew that I had to have it. So I bought it without even asking the price (which was $9.99). I have used it almost daily since then. The colors are gorgeous and very pigmented, it stays on my eyes all day, it can be used wet or dry and I am just really loving it right now. Thank you Maybelline for coming out with a palette that is very affordable.

If you have not added this palette to your collection, I would highly suggest that you pick it up soon. I just love the fact that there is an affordable drugstore eyeshadow palette out that is actually worth buying.

IT Cosmetics

Hello all my blogger friends, 

I have found a great fondness for IT Cosmetics. I purchased a foundation and the next thing I knew, I was buying more items and using them daily. I can't wait to try more from their line. I am really wanting to try out their eyeshadow trios. Especially the "Pretty In Amber"  because it is so gorgeous. And I also want to try the "My Sculpted Face" contour and highlight palette. It just looks so nice. Reminds me of the Anastasia contour palette that is almost impossible to find. And lastly the "Vitality Face Disc". These are the three items on my must-have list.  I am just in love with their products. Jamie Kern, you are amazing. And we all thank you for allowing us to be beautiful.

OOTD

It has been awhile since I have done an OOTD for you, but I noticed this afternoon that everything I had on was from American Eagle. Didn't notice it as I was getting dressed this morning. Lol, so I thought I would share my outfit with you.. 
I started off with heels on, but ended the afternoon with flip flops so I could play with Olivia (my grandbaby) in the yard..

I am in love with these shorts and tee. The shorts are the "AE Destroyed Boyfriend Short" in white. They are currently on clearance for $39.99 and you get an extra 40% off at the checkout on all clearance.. 
And this tee is the softest, most comfortable tee that I probably own. It is called the "AE Strappy Destroyed T-Shirt" and it is destroyed around the neck in several places and is made to destroy even more with wear. I love it so much that I ordered another one in white. It is currently on clearance for $19.99 and another 40% off at checkout..
My flip flops are the "AEO Rubber Flip Flops" and I paid $5.00 for them on sale about a month ago. Unfortunately, they are no longer available in the gray. I will link below what they do have.
Also my AE skinny belt is one that I have had for several years and I love it. It is worn in just perfect..
