I got an email the other day telling me about this new app for our phones and Ipads.. After reading all about it, I downloaded it to my phone to try it out. I loved it ! !
It is called "FOODTWEEKS" and they show you how to remove calories from food that you are about to eat. And if it works for you , then you can remove the calories forever.
I have decided to try to lose the 15 pounds that I gained over the last year and if I can find something that will let me continue to eat real food, then I am in.. I believe this is a great campaign that will help you eat healthier and give to the needy without a cost to you..

I did a little shopping with Victoria's Secret during their swimsuit sale. I am such a fan of going to the beach and I am lucky enough to live down the road from one. So every Spring I like to buy new suits to wear and I love the ones that Victoria's Secret has. They are super affordable during their sale.. So I usually indulge myself with a few new suits.
