I am doing this post a couple days early, but I just wanted to show you all what my March favorites were.

Marc Jacobs Sunshine 
This is one of my all-time favorite colognes to wear during the Spring and Summer.

Healthy Sexy Hair leave in conditioner.
I always use this after I shampoo my hair and before I blow dry. It makes my hair tangle free.

Batiste Dry Shampoo
I can't say enough good things about this stuff. I love it. I always use it between shampoos.

Macadamia Hair Repair Mask and Healing Oil Treatment

The repair mask makes my hair so soft and shiny. I use it about twice a month. And I use the oil treatment after every blow dry of my hair. I use about a dime size amount and run it through the ends of my hair and it makes my split ends look like they are gone. And it gives my hair shine.

Physicians Formula BB Powder
This stuff is great when you don't want to wear a
foundation. It has great coverage. Perfect for summer.

You can see that I really like this BB powder.

Physicians Formula Youthful Wear Spotless Foundation.
I have been using this on a daily basis since I bought it. It goes on so smooth and leaves me with a flawless coverage. You can go light or full coverage with it. I think this may be my new holy grail foundation.

NYX Dream Catcher Eyeshadow Palette
I have been loving this palette since I got it. It is a bit powdery, but I just use a primer under it and the colors seem to stay in place.

I got mine in "Golden Horizons" because I think the colors are beautiful. There are three different palettes and they sell for $15.

Garnier Ultra Lift Pro Gravity Defying Cream
I have been using this for a couplr years and I really like it. I always put on after washing my face. It just makes my face feel tighter and firmer. We have to do these things as we get older. Lol

Sigma Blush in "Born To"
I finally broke down and bought three of their blushes and I am really liking this color the best. It goes on so smooth and has great pigmentation. 

Just a very pretty Rosy color. I love wearing it..

Lorac Lipgloss in "Retro"
I received this with my Mint Edition eyeshadow palette that I bought on Hautelook and I am obsessed with this lipgloss. I take it with me everywhere I go.

Physicians Formula Concealer
This is from their "Nudewear" line.

It goes on so creamy and is the perfect color. I am currently obsessed with this stuff.

   

Maybelline the Rocket Volume Express Mascara
This mascara is great. It just gives me those va-va-boom eyelashes.

Loreal Lash Out Butterfly MascaraThis is also another of my favorite mascaras. I use it daily with my Maybelline Rocket mascara..

Anastasia Beverly Hills - Brow Wiz
This is my holy grail eyebrow pencil. It has a brush on one end and the pencil on the other. I buy it in Soft Brown. It sells for $21 and I usually get mine from Sephora.

Nyx Dreamcatcher Eyeshadow Palette Review

All I can say is that I LOVE this eyeshadow palette. It's beautiful, pigmented, long wearing and affordable.. I was surfing the Nyx website one evening and ran across these palettes. There are three different eyeshadow palettes and they sell for $15. What a great price. Of course, I figured for that price, it would not be very pigmented or long wearing. I was wrong. I find myself grabbing for it on a daily basis. 
I will say that when it arrived, I immediately opened it and swatched the colors. I was kind of disappointed because I thought, not very pigmented. But when I applied the colors to my eyes the next morning, I was pretty impressed. The colors were vibrant and went on nicely. When I blended them out the color did not disappear. But I do use a primer under them. Without, I don't think the colors would work as well. But you get such a good variety of colors (there are 10 colors). I bought mine in the Golden Horizons which comes with Glittery Champagne, Iridescent Violet, Deep Nude, Brown, Deep Gold, White, Taupe Shimmer, Deep Browm, Shimmery Pink and Charcoal..

This is a Limited Edition palette and I would suggest that you grab one as soon as you can. I plan to get the other two because the price is amazing. Plus you get Free Shipping on every order over $25.

My March Ipsy Bag..

I got my March Ipsy bag in and how cute is this makeup bag. I just love the colors. The products are also pretty good also. Below are the pictures of what I got.

Pretty brown shades with a bit of shimmer. I love brown and neutral colors.

Pixi Flawless Beauty Primer. I am pretty excited to try this.

Chella Eyeliner Pen in "Indigo Blue"

This pen is so smooth and easy to use. I wish it was in black instead of blue.

bareMinerals added a mini lipstick in "Get Ready"

A very pretty shade. I can't wait to wear it.

So that was my March Ipsy bag. I am pretty tickled with it. I was actually thinking about cancelling it along with some of my other subscriptions, but I decided to keep the Ipsy and let the others go. I had to many coming every month. Glad I kept Ipsy..

Mini Tarte Makeup Haul and Review

I am always searching for the perfect foundation for myself and I have yet to find it. I have gotten some really good ones, but I have not found my holy grail. Recently I started using the Tarte Maracuja Oil on my face after cleaning with my clarisonic and I just love it. It makes my face so smooth and soft. So last week I was surfing the Sephora website and came across the Tarte Maracuja foundation. So I instantly pulled up the reviews and they were all great. But it was $42 and having not tried it or even sampled it, so I was hesitant on purchasing it. So I continued to read the reviews and someone wrote that if you go to the Tarte website, you could buy it for half off. Instantly I clicked over to http://tartecosmetics.com and there it was for $21.

Tarte Maracuja Miracle Foundation is a long wearing, oil-infused, anti-aging and moisturizing full coverage liquid foundation that is perfect for all skin types and ideal for sensitive, dehydrated, dry or aging skin. The cover is flawless, the staying power performs all day, the feel is silky and it imparts a subtle, dewy finish. And it has SPF 15 sunscreen.

I really love this foundation. I got it in the Light color because the reviews said that the colors were actually a shade darker than normal and the light color was perfect for me. The first time I used it, it just went on so smooth and silky. It gave me a full coverage face that looked natural. The staying power is really great. Once I leave the house for work, it is usually 10 hours before I return home, and my makeup still looks good. The bad news is that I believe they are discontinuing it. So that sucks for me. I would probably buy a backup, but they have expiration dates on the bottom of the bottles and they all expire before 7/20/14. So it would be a waste to but another if its going to expire before I can use it.

Overall it is a great foundation that would be one of my favorites - but it is going away.. :-(

If you know me, I cant just order one item from anywhere, so I also picked up the Airblush Maracuja Blush in shimmering pink. It is such a beautiful pink color that is very pigmented but does not go on to bright. Definately a buildable blush. It is a creamy, long wearing and has a nice powder finish. The blush sells for $25 and I am in love with it. The perfect color for Spring and Summer.

And last but not least, I ordered an eyeshadow that was on sale. It is the Lock & Roll 12-hour eyeshadow. It is a creaseless cream and powder shadow duo. 
The website states that unlike traditional cream shadows that crease and smudge, this new twist on the makeup artist trick is waterproof and creaseproof. The matching loose shadow in a roller ball applicator easily glides over cream shadow to lock color in and add luminosity so color lasts all day. 
I bought it in the Rose Gold shade and I really wanted to love it, but it seems that the cream shadow is almost dried out, the Roller ball color was nice. Luckily I only paid $10 for it.. Love the color tho.

I love using Tarte Cosmetics and I really like the Maracuja oil line. Considering that anti-aging products are important to me. If you use any of this line, let me know below what you use. I am always ready to try something good based on someones review.

Lorac Limited Edition "Mint" palette

I recently ordered this Lorac Eye/Cheek palette from Hautelook and it is absolutely beautiful. It is called the Mint Edition and it has a highlighter, blush, four matte eyeshadows and four shimmer eyeshadows. When I purchased it, I didn't realize that it also came with a lipgloss..  It sold on Hautelook for $18.

My CVS Haul

Last week I went into CVS and they had a deal that if you bought $10 worth of Physicians Formula makeup, you got $7 in bonus bucks. So I bought the Nude Wear Bronzer for $12.99 and also picked up the Milani nail polish in Mauve Medley.. It's a gorgeous color. And I got $7.00 back plus $1 back on the Milani.

This week they have BOGO and Bonus Bucks on a lot of their makeup. So I took my $8 bonus bucks and went on my lunch hour. I picked a few things and made two transactions. First I scanned my CVS card at the kiosk and got a coupon for 10% off any beauty purchase.

With my first transactions I bought myself the Loreal Voluminous Butterfly mascara for $8.99 and an eyeshadow for $4.99. If you spent $12 on Loreal, you got $4 in bonus bucks. I am loving this mascara so much that I bought another for when mine runs out. And I really like these little eyeshadows. And then I seen the "new" Sally Hansen Triple Shine nail polishes and they had a $2 coupon (they retail  for $4.99) And you can only use one per transaction on the polish. So I had $18.97 in products and used my $8 in bonus bucks, the $2 coupon on polish and my 10% off coupon from the kiosk for a total price of: $7.07 plus tax. And got $4 in bonus bucks that I used on my second transaction..

I then made my second purchase and bought three nail polishes. The Wet n' Wild is BOGO half off and then I got another Sally Hanson Triple Shine.  I am so in love with this purple glitter polish. It is so pretty and will make a great accent polish on one nail while I have the plain purple on the other nails. And the teal polish just screams SPRINGTIME.. The glitter polish was $3.99 and I got the teal polish at half off for $1.00. The Sally Hanson was $4.99. I used the $2 coupon and my $4 bonus bucks and spent 

$3.98 plus tax. And got another $4 in reward bucks and a $3 off coupon for Physicians Formula..
